Shaun is one of ARCHIBUILD’s most experienced operatives. Shaun originally learnt his trade in brick laying and prior to starting with ARCHIBUILD round his experience across most trades due to building multiple extensions across Gosport and Fareham. Since joining the team, Shaun has widened his skillset and is often a project lead due to his talent and calm considered nature to ensuring a high level of workmanship is delivered at all times.
Jason is one of ARCHIBUILD’s longest serving operatives. He originally joined the construction industry as a groundworker and is still the most accomplished machine driver within the team. Jason’s skillset has grown vastly over the years due to his interest to learn new skills at every opportunity with repeated success due to having a keen eye to meet company standards. As a result Jason is one of the most rounded company operatives and he can be found installing complicated structural steelwork one week then in total contrast installing high end luxury bathrooms the following week including all plumbing and tiling works. Jason often takes the lead on projects due to natural leadership qualities and enjoys getting ‘work done’.
Jason spends his spare time either indulging in unique food outlets and spending quality time with his beloved daughter Matilda.
Aaron joined the team in 2024 and has quickly become one of the most reliable operatives in the team. Aaron initially joined the team for his long term experience in groundworks, but has quickly shown that his methodical approach and ability to pick up tasks quickly has ensured he is often found undertaking a wide variety of tasks across the industry.
Aaron is a big sportsman and spends his time playing football or darts when not in the crowd following his local football club.
Matt is ARCHIBUILD’s longest serving operative. Matt started working in the construction industry as a Groundworker but has since found his skillset widened to cover nearly every aspect of construction. Matt enjoys all aspects of his job but has taken a keen interest in leadwork and first fix carpentry in recent years – however Matt is still the most impressive operative when it comes to hand digging.
Matt is also seen by many clients as the happy singer of the team who always has a bounce in his step – he makes colleagues and clients time on site more enjoyable even in the coldest of months or hardest of days.
Rob has been delivering ARCHIBUILD’s plastering packages for the last 4 years. Rob has been plastering since leaving school and has over 18 years experience which is evident when seeing the high standard of workmanship he repeatedly produces across all projects.
Rob spends his spare time away from work coaching his son’s football team as he looks to share his knowledge of the game after being a well regarded footballer himself in the Gosport and Fareham football leagues
Mike is one of ARCHIBUILD’s most experienced operatives with a focused career in kitchen fitting and all aspects of finishing carpentry. Mike has been responsible for delivering many kitchens, fitted wardrobes, bespoke joinery and second fix carpentry works across the years.
When away from site, Mike enjoys the calmness of fishing in the local lakes and streams around Hampshire with his current biggest catch being a ‘carp’ weighing in at 10 pounds.
Rob has been delivering many of ARCHIBUILD’s electrical packages for over 12 years. Rob not only brings unparalleled electrical knowledge to the team but also impressive knowledge of data, smart home tech, media and tv and even plumbing ensuring he is able to fully meet client and fellow colleague requirements.
When not producing stunning electrical installations Rob is either camping in his bespoke VW transporter with his young family or working up a sweat in fitness.
Dave is one of ARCHIBUILD’s specialist floor fitters with a keen eye on bespoke Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT) installations. Dave is also responsible for installing all aspects of floor coverings from sheet vinyl to carpets.
Dave spends his spare time looking after his family but only when Liverpool are not on tv.
Pete has been part of delivering electrical packages for ARCHIBUILD since starting as an apprentice electrician back in 2015. Pete is now regarded amongst the ARCHIBUILD team as key component in turning our beautiful designs into something greater with clever and intricate lighting installations during day and night.
Pete has experience as a general builder before specializing in electrics and therefore is able to bring a greater understanding and input into coordinating project delivery.
